Quality Assurance is basically how project is managed from
conceptualization to completion. In Glee Global Engineering,
all projects are managed through a five-project management
phase as described below:
π¨ Initiation: The Initiation
Phase consist of the processes that facilitate the formal
authorization to start a new project or a project phase.
Initiation processes are formed by the performing organization
outside of the strict project boundaries. For example, before
project initiation, the organization's business needs are
identified and documented. During the Initiation Phase, the
initials scope of the project and the resource requirements
are further refined. Initial assumptions and constraints are
also documented and the other project related elements (such
as deliverables, schedule, etc.) are refined and undergo minor
modifications to best fit the business and project needs.
π¨ Planning: During the Planning Phase, information is
gathered from many sources with each having varying levels of
completeness and confidence. During planning we identify,
define and finalize the project scope, project cost, and
schedule the project activities. We believed that project(s)
poorly planned is sure to fail or abandoned, Planning is a
critical activity in Glee Global Engineering Ltd, so you can
count on us for your planning.
π¨ Execution: The execution phase is aimed at completing the
work defined during the Planning Phase to accomplish the
project's requirements. This phase involves coordinating
people and resources, as well as integrating and performing
the activities of the project in accordance with the plan.
Normal execution variances cause some re-planning of the work.
These variances may include activity durations, resource
productivity and availability and unanticipated risks.
π¨ Monitoring and Control: This phase is where the project
deliverables as controlled and monitored to ensure that
nothing is left undone. During this phase potential
showstoppers or bottle-neck are resolved, when necessary. The
key benefit of this phase is that project performance is
observed and measured regularly to identify variances from
planning.
π¨ Closure: This phase is related to the
formal termination of all activities of a project or a project
phase. This phase, completion, verifies that the defined
processes are completed and formally establishes that the
project is finished. Project commissioning and demobilization
from site is carried out during this phase.
